Super clean! Only issue we had on the 3rd floor wifi was spotty, so we couldn't watch our show at night before bed. Loved the fireplace outside. The front desk was super helpful, and we got lucky with early check in.

We had a nice stay. However, we were disappointed that we could not walk from the Lodge to the Main clubhouse, golf courses, and dance floor mini golf, etc. The website made it seem like they were all together. The Marina was closed so besides hanging out by the pool, we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. We really loved Emily at the front desk.. she was top-notch and we would give her five stars! So friendly and helpful!!!

Very nice property. Beautiful pool area. They have some remodeling going on right now and it was a little noisy at times. Had a ground floor room with the patio but could not use it because there were workers on that side of the building.

All was well with the accommodations, the restaurant, bar and amenities. However, I paid for my room through Expedia and yet the hotel tried to charge me for room again. Although I believe the charge will be removed from my credit card, I don't know why it was charged in the first place.

First room was not cleaned when we got there. But the hostess was amazing and got us a different room next day even though he sent a text nobody came to clean the room other than that our stay was great. Hospitality is very, very good.

Emily was kind and welcoming at check in! She even helped me out when I realized I'd forgotten my phone charger. The only bummer this stay was how long it took to reopen the pool when storms were in/moved out of the area. There could have been more communication on that from the people making the decision, especially since that meant access to the steam room and sauna also was cut off. The staff did a great job of being friendly while everyone waited!

Conveniently located 1 mile from the golf course (opposite shore on Lake Como), this was a decent overnight hotel. We stayed in a well appointed new room. The pool bar and hot tub were nice after a round of golf. That said, I would not choose this place for an extended stay in summer. There are no balconies and the hotel is hidden from the lake front by a thick grove of trees. So, while it is “lake side” there is no actual “lake view” anywhere on the property, We could only see snippets of lake through the trees. But if you are a golfer, looking for a place to stay a night (or 2) after a round, this place works. And, bonus, its 2 minutes from Mars, arguably the best bar/restaurant in Lake Geneva!

This place is very nice, was renovated in 2023 so it still looks new and clean. Pool and pool bar were very nice, especially beautiful at night. They are dog friendly and the front desk was very kind to our dog. Five stars for all the staff! They have a decent cafe in the lobby to get coffee, sandwiches and snacks, which was very convenient. Low rating is only due to pool being closed for maintenance and fire alarm going off for over an hour at night. We were not able to fully enjoy our stay because of these issues. Probably just bad luck and not entirely their fault. We would like to return and hope to enjoy the pool next time.
