Hotel war sauber, Fahrradgarage vorhanden, Personal freundlich, obwohl sich beim Einchecken herausstellte, dass die über Expedia gebuchten 2 DZ nicht reserviert waren. Nach Angabe der Personalien erhielten wir zwei Doppelzimmer - wie gewünscht - alles ok. Frühstück konnte ohne Probleme zugebucht werden. Frühstücksbuffet reichlich.

De comfortkamer die wij via Expedia hadden gereserveerd was niet beschikbaar. Ze hadden geen ervaring met Expedia dus de reservering was niet doorgevoerd. Standaardkamer was wat er over was, prijs zou verrekend worden. Maar uiteindelijk heeft ze maar € 5,- van de prijs afgehaald. We waren druk met de spullen inladen, snel afgerekend, zelf niet op gelet. Bijzonder onbetrouwbaar dus. De kamers waren benauwd en warm, geen ventilatie, drukke doorgaande weg voor hotel. Kan de ramen wel open zetten maar je dendert weg van de herrie. Ontbijt was redelijk goed. Dranken waren geen van allen gekoeld. Was maar 1 dame die alles moest regelen voor een volle eetzaal. Restaurant naast hotel is apart. Eten was daar redelijk goed. Geen lift gezien, koffers moesten alle trappen op. Badkamer was oubollig maar schoon. Bedden boxsprings. Er was geprobeert het hotel een moderne look te geven maar ergens halverwege blijven hangen. Geldt ook voor de kamers,
