Tatty and outdatedPosted Jul 22, 2016
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: Located very centrally, most amenities are nearby.
I have never come across an hotel of this (alleged) caliber that does not provide a mini fridge in any of its rooms! Our room had chips, marks and dents everywhere from the furniture to the walls. The hair dryer could not be used because the electricity flex passed through a dressing table drawer before reaching an electricity socket.and hence was far too short. There was no dressing table mirror. There was a wall mirror situated halfway up the wall behind the dressing table. The bed was hard and lumpy as too were the pillows. When raising the toilet lid the flushing lever had to be moved out of the way. The view from the window was almost totally obstructed by ducts and pipes. The tiny balcony was unusable and somebody's old swimming costume had been left there. It was still there when we left!

Nice hotel with pleasant staff in a great locationPosted Jun 26, 2016
Pros: friendly nature of the staff
Cons: later check outs
Location: great location, really central.
id recommend this to a friend, the pool was always fairly quiet and you could have drinks bought up if you wanted, rooms were clean and when i needed the room to be decorated for an occasion they did it promptly without asking twice.

Nice hotel very centrally positioned in the town.Posted May 24, 2016
Pros: The staff first and foremost. They were very courteous .The rooms were clean and the quality of the food was superb, especially breakfast.
Cons: Wi-Fi although free was difficult to receive above the third floor. Water in the rooftop pool was freezing!. The food was on the expensive side.
Location: Central for anything you wish to do.
In a nice tree lined square in a reasonably quite area. Very convenient for sightseeing or shopping with ample taxis or buses close at hand if required. 15 minute journey from the airport. Spent six satisfactory nights there and would probably return to that hotel.

Well situated hotel in need of a refurbPosted May 23, 2016
On the plus side the hotel is off Main Street close to shops and several good places to eat and drink. The rooms are ok but are looking tired for a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness was ok but on at least one morning only one set of towels was left for a twin room, also the iron was left on the floor. Staff were ok but there was a large queue of 4-5 people at 9am to checkout and only ever 1 person on reception. The pool area looks nowhere as good as in the hotel supplied pictures...

Great hotel, located on the Main Street. I was upgraded to a Penthouse suite without even asking. Pleasant and helpful staff, great hairdresser. Thank you all, I will definitely be back in Gibraltar and you will be my first choice.

Right in the middlePosted May 5, 2016
Pros: Location and well trained staff. Also the roof top dining for breakfast and dinner was a beautiful site.
Cons: Facilities are starting to show there age, especially the pool.
Location: The location is ideal to all activities.
Wanted to spend 3 days, 2 nights scouring Gibraltar's sites. This hotel was right in the middle of town and had parking.
