Room and hotel are very clean. Bathroom amenities were all expired as of Jan. 26. Shower was dangerous…very slippery with no grab bar and no shelf for soap/shampoo. I put a towel on shower floor to keep from slipping. The shower also flooded the bathroom floor big time and we needed towels to wipe it up. Front desk phone was not always answered and when it was, and a request was made, it took a very long time to get what was needed and sometimes it required a second call. Lights on our floor (11) and 12 were not on and it was quite dark…other floors were lit. Airport transfers were available for $25 each way even though some sites showed free airport transportation. Also, the website mentioned a daily Managers Party…ummm no. Not the best place that I’ve stayed.

Great time to safari with a great staff to handle your accommodations and requests. Very incredible lodge and the view is unlike any other lodge due to height and location.

We had an extraordinary experience at Entumoto Safari camp! The Conservancy in which its located proved a truly peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the adjacent Maasai Mara National Park, however, its water hole still brought Elephants, Zebras, Buffalos, Waterbucks, Zebras and several other animals right up to our camp (we watched them over our fantastic breakfast and lunches). Separately, our excellent guide Purity ensured that our two full day game drives in the Mara park itself lived up to their "once in a lifetime" billing, allowing us to see not only the 'Big 5', the 'Ugly 5', and the Wildebeest Migration, but also a number of more intimate encounters with wildlife just feet away from our excellent open top/sides Land Cruisers. We can't recommend this camp highly enough and certainly hope to return with additional family members: our group of 2+1 stayed in a 2 bedroom Family Tent, which could easily have also fit 2-3 additional family members (presumably via prior arrangement with camp mgmt).

Un sejour de 2 nuits avec une vue extraordinaire et une équipe au petits soins. Nous avons choisi ce lieu pour etre à proximité du depart des montgolfières Skyship et cette experience a été formidable. Nous sommes reposés apres 3 jours de safaris intense en profitant de la vue et la piscine et de l'ambiance du lieu. La nourriture était bonne et les parties d’echec au coin du feu dans le salon et restaurant au cadre apaisant. Merci à toute l’équipe Enchipai pour votre gentillesse et pour avoir pris soins de nous.

excellent hotel either for long stay or one night check out time of 12h00 noon is also a plus overall great experience i have booked for next week
