Greg, the young man that checked us in and out, was most cordial and professional. We've stayed here in the past numerous times and the property is excellent for our purposes. Will most likely stay here again in the future.

Not too bad of a place to stay
Continental breakfast not so good, and sometimes coffee pots were empty. Outside garbage got full and animals got into can and had a mess all around. Rooms were nicely kept.

Breakfast- No orange juice or coffee. Gravy for B&G was cold and smelled old. Pancake machine broken Hot tub- was chemically unbalanced, so that was shut down for our 3 night stay. Key card- worked in the door when we got there, after that every time we wanted to get back in the room the key needed to be reprogrammed. When checking out I only could find one key card and the lady at the desk was not very polite or understanding that I didn’t have both cards. The low rating is based off those few issues. Other than those issues it is a clean room with a bed to catch some sleep.

Nice place, just a bit old and beat up. Fair price for what you get and had a decent complementary breakfast. Conveniently located near highway and close by to spots in town. Would stay here again if I ever pass through.

The desk clerk suggested a place to eat. We also left some beer in the refrigerator in the room . I called and he went to the room to get it and we picked it up on our way home. Very nice of him to do that.

Decent Place In Sundance
Decent Stay. Broken ice maker was a bummer and a toilet that ran non stop was frustrating. Shower was great and room was clean. But no fridge in room was disappointing.

Staff was friendly and responsive. The property was aging but clean, quiet and did not smell. The AC worked quietly. The WiFi worked. The ice machine was broken but there was ice in a cooler. Breakfast was adequate and the space was tidy. The parking lot might have been better lit.

Good for a quick overnight
We had a quick one-night stay while traveling between the national parks. It’s a bit outdated but I think the staff there does their best to keep it clean and welcoming. Pool was nice, a bit odd with the deep end in the middle, with it slanted on both sides. Have never seen a pool like that at a hotel! It was very quiet, couple of deer after dark in the parking lot. Pretty minimal continental breakfast. Overall, it was acceptable for a quick overnight!

Polite staff. Good cable stations. Needs some TLC. Tub would not drain. Carpet dirty in bedrooms but nice in hallway. Cereal and breads. The biscuit gravy was in a cold crockpot. No protein.

A few minor changes needed.
I really liked this place with a few exceptions. They didn't have a big variety for breakfast. No eggs or waffles. The staff was very nice. I didn't address the fact that the toilet seat wouldn't stay up and the remote wouldn't work to turn the TV on and off. Also, there are very few places to eat near the hotel.

Stayed one night in the Serena Inn and Suites while passing through town and also to see devils tower. Easy check in and cute decoration in the common areas. I didn't stay on the second floor but i would imagine it would have been difficult as there wasn't an elevator. Super close to devils tower (only 30 minutes). The actual town of Sundance doesn't have too much so probably come prepared. Our room was perfect for what we needed passing through. Breakfast was also pretty good, with muffins, toast, cereal and juice.
