The room was clean, however the bed was way too hard, the pillows small, the towels would not even wrap. The tub did not drain and the shower screamed the entire time due to the pressure/tub faucet. The breakfast had no protein other than fake eggs. Place needs updating and better maintaining.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only disappointment was that there was not a working hot tub. Staff was delightful and the breakfast was also good. Bhakti was a very gracious hostess.

This was an inexpensive stay on our way through the state. Hotel is an older hotel that has been taken care of but not updated. Beds weren’t any too plush, the pool was ice cold in late July, and pool towels were clean but falling apart. Breakfast was decent. For the money I’d stay here again but don’t expect anything too spectacular.

Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.

What a great hotel! Right off the highway. Super friendly staff. You can tell it is run by a family that cares. Very nice, large clean rooms. Pool was nice but cold. No working hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

I traveled from Michigan to Oregon. My stay at the Serena was wonderful. Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was comfortable. I was able to wash my laundry while swimming in the nice indoor pool. The laundry was located in a small room very close to the pool which was peaceful, nicely lit and in a beautiful cedar poolroom. This was a very pleasant stay. Location is very convenient with the added bonus of being near some lovely trails. The continental breakfast was diverse and had fresh food: a departure from the typical highly processed foods at hotels. I felt very safe as a solo traveler here. I highly recommend this spot
