"This little slice of heaven is our family's favorite getaway! We love being able to wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and beautiful sunrise stroll down the beach while hunting for sea glass and treasures. Kids enjoy playing in the sand, and the shallow water is perfect for a relaxing afternoon float! The home is cozy and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay!"

"We the best time enjoying the dock, kayaks and paddle board, the fire pit with s’mores, just being with family and having our pups with us. A fantastic trip for sure!!"
"We LOVED our stay and it was so relaxing. We traveled with an infant (5 months) and it went great. The Jacobs were so generous and offered us an early day check-in and late check-out free of charge. The sunrises were EXTRAORDINARY and the property is fully stacked with anything you need but might forget. Ex: we forgot our bug spray and found one on the property! The property is clean, kitchen fully functional and well stocked with cooking/serving wear. Freezer has an ice maker and that was great. Notes for future travelers:- The property is small, think trailer house. So if you have tall/large travelers, this might not be the place for you. My husband managed to be okay, but was not able to be in certain parts of the property."

"We had a wonderful stay for Labor Day weekend. So much is provided by the owners, paddle boards, kayak, water mats, everything you need to enjoy the water. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. Don't miss the sunrises. Hope to be back."

"A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out. "
