"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...
"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa.
The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...
"Basically a good hotel, but skiing area not so good and quite dull city. But if you are for a nice well equipped sauna/spa area and nice dining, then the hotel in itself is really nice. "

The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. "I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). I also appreciated the hotel offering me early breakfast on the day of my race so I could get some food in advance.
Note that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) don't have kettles so you can't make your own coffee/tea. Breakfast does usually have a bit of a late start time (8:00) so something to consider if you're an early riser and like a morning beverage. "
