Just 15 mins ride from Sekumpul waterfall. The owner helped arrange 2 wheeler for us to go to the waterfall.
This place is perfect for travellers with 2 wheelers but roads are narrow for 4 wheelers so be prepared if you are taking one."

The hotel had a free shuttle to 2 near by spots, and you could also book paid tours for other spots. I requested some flowers for the bed and wow we had flowers everywhere I loved it. Staff wonderful. Food great and quick. Comfortable inside and out. The sauna was good. The pool would have been great if I wasn’t so cold. The rooftop terrace was beautiful in the evening and morning. For some reason they thought it was our honeymoon....

"We had 3 weeks in Bali and our 5 night stay at Lata Lama was our top stay. All the staff were all so lovely, kind and very eager to help us in any way. The staff took great pride in their roles and the cleanliness of the entire place was 5 stars. Yummy breakfast. Did our washing, organized a scooter and massage for us.
We will definitely return. Can't rate this place high enough, but it comes down to the people that work there.

The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished.

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered with this location. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Please do better. The location was stunning, which is why we chose it. But wow."
