I really enjoyed my self in the pool

Hotel Covington perfectly blends elegance and history with a modern touch, creating an aesthetic that is truly unmatched. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed—charming, pretty, and incredibly inviting. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the service feel genuinely warm and personal. Our room was comfortable and cozy, with excellent amenities and delightful extra touches that made the stay feel special. Coppins has excellent food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all while being surrounded by such a beautiful vibe. Whether you’re drawn to its historic charm or its contemporary sophistication, Hotel Covington offers an experience that’s both beautiful and memorable.

Was not worth what we were changed for the room. I will not go back to the hotel. I was charged over $200 for the room and when I checked out I had to pay a resort fee on top of that. Way over priced for the small room.

We stay here almost every time we come to Cincinnati

They don’t have enough staff. My room was not cleaned. The maids were in long enough to remove dirty towels but did not replace them. When I got back to my room hot and sweaty and went to take a shower I could not. They did not have anyone to bring me towels so I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to get them. Also the coffee and tea was not replaced and I was given some teabags and as I later found out rancid half and half. Also there was garbage under the sink console from a previous guest so I was not impressed with their housekeeping. This is an IHG hotel and I will be avoiding them in the future.
