We were checked into the wrong room with only one queen bed for 4 people. Told to use sofa bed. When we asked for more towels there were none so given crappy old pool towels. Housekeeping service not available on 2 of 3 days we stayed. Eventually moved into the correct room. Pool, restaurant etc all being renovated so reduced facilities during stay.

Deserted and Un-serviced place.
Very tired and isolated hotel. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. No restaurant. I met another guest in elevator - he had to go to Reception to get fresh towels and toilet paper. He brought to my attention a small sign saying that "if you need room services next day, you have to ring reception the day before". So I rung Reception at 4 pm and asked for service on following day - to be told "sorry, cleaners will NOT be here tomorrow!". When I complained, the receptionist told me that "Hotel has experienced a lot of changes lately" - so I replied that my booking says a four star hotel, I want room serviced daily. Receptionist promised to "inform the Manager". ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED - I want 25% of my 2 nights stay refunded. On departure, it was nobody at the reception or anywhere in sight (~ 9H30 am). I rung a bell a few times and nobody come up... I left the keys on the empty desk.....
