Getting Around: To get around, you really only need walk ! - With all your favourite things right at your door step, getting around is made EASY! Other Things to Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay! \- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm \- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. \- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine. \- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours. \- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish. \- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays. \- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state. \- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Nov 12, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Horrible checkin process After arriving for checkin which was via key drop at 3pm on a Friday, arrive to no key in the key drop box, the property manager are hard to get a hold of, mainly via messages on the app, was given 3 different excuses as to why there was no key and in the end the property manager arranged another key through a third party which arrive at 10:15pm, so I did not get into my room for over 7hrs, will never be booking with or recommending the Airtrip property’s again, if I could give 0 stars I would!! ##### Robert O.
