Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar. Great air con in the hotel. The walk back to the hotel from town is uphill but fine (it was 37 degrees when we were there). Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.

Joseph Stalin, former leader of the USSR, was born in raised in a small town called Gori, Georgia. The picture here is of his the small home where he spent his formative years. Although the rest of that neighborhood was demolished, his home was saved, and entombed in a structure to protect it from the elements.
