“Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough ”

“The hotel was clean and tidy. The reception left a lot to be desired, however. The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact hotels.com. After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast.
