I’ve been visiting Vegas multiple times a month over the past couple decades. I’ve stayed at many hotels. The Horseshoe’s staff has hands down the most helpful and courteous staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet.

My room was nothing to write home about. The shower was very small and had blak residue in the corners. When I did engage with staff, they were pleasant. Not family friendly seeing as though minors cant be on the first floor at all.

The hotel property was very clean, nice and quiet but the area was too noisy

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.
