Areas of the hotel were still ‘work in progress’ I.e fittings for the heated towel rail installed but no towel rail. Coving around the lift yet to be fixed and roof top bar getting ready for the season! This did not diminish our enjoyment of the hotel and the staff were attentive, polite, friendly and very service focused. "This is a really nice hotel. It’s good value for what you pay for. I would say this is a 3 star hotel that gives you 4star value. Let’s get into it; The staff at the reception was very lovely, special shoutout to Gerta, she was super kind and helpful; she called taxis, gave instructions and directions for local activities and public transport as well.
