"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. "Lovely house with relaxing countryside views. I think it was recently redecorated and styled. Kitchen was beautiful. We worked remotely there for a while and WiFi was great. Looking to go back at the end of the summer. Food and wine around the around is amazing. Even truffles!"

"The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. "Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, 4 Zimmer jeweils mit Bad, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr schöne Küche und auch der Außenbereich ist Top. Einkaufen in der Butiga in der Nähe für den täglichen Bedarf, für den größeren Einkauf ist es nicht weg nach Porec. Unseren Wein haben wir in der Vina Rados gekauft (einem Weingut, vorher mit Weinprobe, nur 100 m entfernt), sehr gute Weine, vor allem der Rotwein, preislich völlig okay!"

"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend! "

"The villa was better than expected the description did not do it justice. Boris was a great host he organized a really good chef for us twice a week , the food was fantastic.We stayed for 6 weeks. He also recommended a great restaurant for my wife’s birthday , which we would not have discovered ourselves . Super ruhige Lage (mit Meerblick) und trotzdem ist man in 10-15 min am Meer/Stadt. Im Ort gibts Bäcker und Supermarkt! Vermieter nett und unkompliziert. "Die Villa ist wunderschön und liegt mitten im Grünen etwa 2km nordöstlich von Filipini abgelegen. Die Ausstattung ist super und war bei uns für 10 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Der Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Grill, Pool und sehr viel Wiese lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Auf dem riesigen Grundstück befindet sich noch eine zweite Villa relativ daneben. Da die beiden Villen optisch durch Bäume getrennt sind, ist das wirklich keine Einschränkung und man bekommt von...

"Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed...
