Stayed in Clovis while moving to Colorado. They did not explain the room charge included a fee for having an in town address. We are in our 50's not renting the room to party. Just ridiculous.

They are in the process of replacing/repairing the showers of several showers, so there was some dirt and dust. The new shower in our room was very nice.
They charged $35 for our small dog plus a $100 deposit.

"The parking lot was dirty, the hotel was dirty.. the staff were not friendly and seemed like you were bothering them when you asked for something. The room was dirty floors dirty.. looked like they were in the middle of cleaning out room but never finished there was a broom and dust pan left."
