8.4/10 Very Good! (1,011 reviews)
Booked this hotel for its pool and breakfast because it was part of the same hotel because I brought my kids with me. When I got there, I was told that I’ve been moved to a different hotel because of construction. I booked this hotel “2” days before I arrived. Why in the heck did I get moved in such a short time that the room was booked?? Construction my ars!
Didn’t feel comfortable sending my kids outside of a different hotel to use the accommodations I booked for the hotel I booked. It was frustrating because I was just trying to make my kids happy and didn’t expect to have to stay in a different hotel that i booked. Thought I had things in order, which “I” did, but the hotel didn’t. At least I wasn’t out on the street,,, I guess. Just sucked to think one thing then get thrown a curve ball or a change up when I’ve done everything on my end to get a meatball.
