This was nothing like the Ramada in St.George was disappointed but we made do. We thought a Ramada was the same or pretty close across the board.

The room had clearly not been updated in a while. The room was old looking as well, it had cracked tiles and the bathroom door was broken at the bottom. The room was not that sound proof and it was worse because we had noisy neighbors.

noisiest, most poorly built hotel I have stayed in-NO ONE in our group got any sleep, paper thin walls and floors, NONE of the outdoor security doors work-all are open all of the time, the card readers are a waste of space. overall, go to motel 6-it's a better experience

This was our third time staying at this location and most of the staff were very friendly. There was only one front desk staff member who seemed to hate her job and was very short and rude with multiple customers. Overall we would definitely return here the next time we go up to Williams.

It says breakfast is provided but that is total lie. And even though I didn’t check out, at 8:30 housekeeper knocked the door multiple times then opened the door until said ‘ I am still sleeping’. That is total inconsiderate.

We do not offer free breakfast. We have not done so since April of 2022. All vendors have been reminded of this several times since then, and have refused to change their websites. As to the housekeepers entering the room, The reason for that is under investigation

I got the Suite room and it was full of stains and spider webs on the ceiling,half of the lights in the room were either missing or not functioning,also bathtub was chipped and rusty. I don’t believe room was cleaned because I found pieces of nails and pretzels on the floor and also blood looking stains on curtains…very dirty room. Front desk stuff was below average…in 3 days that I was there I only saw the front desk staff only once. A lot of noise was coming from above us and falling asleep was a challenge because of this. I would never come back or recommending this Hotel to any of my friends and family.Pretty disgusting and disappointing

Great budget hotel. A little out dates, but that doesn't bother us. Room was spacious and pool and hot tub area were big and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The check in was a breeze. Front desk staff allows us to decide if we wanted to be upstairs or on the ground floor. Safety issue was that the door from the parking lot to the rooms could be accessed without a key. Otherwise a clean and pleasant stay.

Blood stains on the entrance carpet floor in our room. Musty smelling. Not as advertised on Expedia. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was having a personal conversation and waited close to 4 minutes for her to finish. Was not a good experience

The Hotel was easy to get to. The room was warm and clean. Staff was friendly. The best part was the inside walkway to to the restaurant so we didn't have to walk in the cold and snow.

I liked the friendliness of staff but the missing lightbulbs, creased bed mattresses, peeling wallpaper and paint, sweeping and vacuuming could be improved upon. Pillows we’re comfortable.
