"I stayed one short night while traveling. Checked in after 9pm. Got ready for bed and noticed pillow case had blood stains on it. Pretty gross. Fortunately I bring my own pillow, but couldn't help thinking about what other biohazards were laying about. Left at 4:30 am after bad sleep."
