Staff update you through text messages, which is easier in case of problems. Room was clean and welcoming. Please be aware of your surroundings! 2 raccoons took our marshmallows lol. It was fun

Easy check in. Friendly and attentive staff. Very clean and spacious. No complaints.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean. Breakfast was very nice assortment and the 2 people working the breakfast were very helpful and kept everything clean and appealing.

This is the only hotel I stay at when I'm visiting my family!! The staff is always so friendly & courteous!! The rooms are very clean & comfortable. The price is reasonable compared to the other hotels in the area & I feel that this hotel is just as good as they are, if not better! There are several restaurants in the surrounding area and a few shopping centers. The one place I would recommend for any one to go see is Starved Rock State Park! I grew up in this area & spent a lot of time there....

Very comfortable. High level of cleanliness. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good rates. Less than 5 minutes to downtown Ottawa, less than 30 minutes to Starved Rock State Park. Only a couple blocks from I-80, but no road noise in the motel room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mary helped us out with an early check in for a wedding we were attending and made our trip that much easier.

Looks like this hotel has been recently renovated. Carpet is clean and breakfast area was top notch. Even the chairs were comfortable. Great selection of breakfast items. Only negative were the hard pillows.

We had an excellent experience here and I would definitely recommend this property. Staff was very accommodating with an early check in due to a local event we were attending in Utica. The front desk had taxi numbers waiting for us at check in to take us to a wine walk in Utica. Our room was spacious, updated, and very comfortable. Breakfast had many nice options.

The staff is very friendly and nice. From the front desk to the cleaning crew. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant. Rooms are very nice, the hotel is updated. Breakfast was nice but limited. Location was close to everything, Starbucks, taco bell, arbys, and stores. Location is close off of highway, but not right on the highway.

Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Check-in was friendly and easy. I would recommend choosing this hotel for a restful stay.

Wonderful experience Shelley at the front desk went above and beyond our expectations Gave us some ideas on places to see. Couldn’t of been happier with her recommendations

We have stayed at this hotel at least 7 times over the past 10 years when we come back to Morris to visit family. Every time, we have had an excellent experience. The staff & service is excellent, the rooms are clean & comfortable. The pool is always in top shape, and their free breakfast is a nice extra. There are a few dumpy hotels nearby, we have made the mistake of choosing them. We will continue to visit this one in the future. Hotel is very convenient to access from the highway.

Kid friendly, wished the water was more warmer

watched fire works from hotel and they gave sparklers and little fire works to my grandchildren and they all had a great time. the people were just to nice. just an enjoyable time.
