“For the price, it was a clean and almost comfortable stay. The air conditioning was just below acceptable. Even set to 60 degrees, the room was still a little warm. The refrigerator was set so low that it took all day to cool down, which meant our left-over food was no good. The indoor pool was incredibly cold, and the hot tub should be renamed to a warm tub. The elevator certificate was 1.5 years expired and smelled like hydraulic fluid. Breakfast options were skimpy, but acceptable. If……

“This is a great place to stay at the price point. The room was quiet. Never heard neighbors or traffic. Conveniently located near grocery, gas, and restaurants. Yes, the room and facility could use some rehab. But the value is great.”

“I will never stay at this Hampton Inn ever again. I am originally from this town and have stayed here twice to visit family and friends. The last stay my bathroom flooded and the door would not close properly. The staff did the best they could to clean up and fix the door. This visit I was attending a wedding so there were multiple members of my family staying at this hotel as well. I booked and prepaid my room through Expedia back in May. “We had a wonderful time at the Mill Street Suite. The location was wonderful -- directly on the main strip of Utica. Because we were there on Memorial Day, we caught a quick glimpse of the Memorial Day parade. Everything was clean and as described. We would gladly return, the next time we plan to visit Starved Rock State Park.”
