Apartamento com localização excelente, R/C junto ao lago com piscina bem perto. Praia a 10/15m a pé, vale bem a pena pela beleza das praias de Tróia. Pontos positivos: sem dúvida a localização, o espaço exterior bastante agradável e onde almoçamos/jantamos á vontade 6 pessoas, o espaço interior também agradável mas a necessitar de melhoramentos. Pontos negativos: apartamento a necessitar de algumas obras de melhoramento, louça necessita de ser renovada, alguma em mau estado, a possibilidade de fazer churrasco no exterior não é muito convidativa devido ao estado do fogareiro. De uma forma geral foi uma semana de férias excelente, mesmo sem internet e com os canais TDT deu para entreter os mais novos.

Casa simpática mas claramente sem grande “investimento” por parte do proprietário. Muito mal equipada, tudo muito velho, tomadas que não funcionavam, televisão não funcionava (sem sinal de antena), com pouca loiça (não era sequer suficiente para encher uma máquina de lavar), toalhas de banho também muito velhas. O proprietário muito simpático, tal como a pessoa responsável pelas limpezas, a D. Manuela.

De uma m,aneira geral a estadia foi simpatica. Na chegada a casa não estava asseada, como nesta altura de Covid.19 se exige. Dá para perceber que a casa não é gerida pelos proprietarios. Tivemos que efectuar nos a limpeza, pois na realidade deixava muito a desejar. Falamos com a senhora que os recebeu e mostramos-lhe a falta de higiene ao que a senhora se desculpou com o facto de o pessoal disponivel para a limpeza não ser profissional. Depois de tudo limpo e em condições acabou por ser uma estadia muito simpatica, pois a localização é muito boa e sossegada.

PROPRIETÁRIO NÃO PASSA FACTURA
NÃO RECOMENDO! A não repetir. Por várias vias e por diversas ocasiões foi solicitado ao proprietário a emissão de factura relativa ao alojamento. NUNCA respondeu a qualquer dos pedidos. A emissão de factura é obrigatória por lei e em caso algum poderá ser recusada a sua emissão.

Já pelo 2 ano que fazemos férias nesta casa. Foi novamente muito bom, os miúdos adoram e a vista para o lago é muito boa
