Excellent customer service from check in to check out. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a very good standard .....well furnished and beautiful bathroom.
Enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
Access to the property was a bit difficult due to the roadworks going on around the building. Parking spaces were a bit limited at times and the access to the building from the car park to the hotel was difficult due to issues with the security door.

Rooms need decorating, some furnishings tatty. Slept well, quiet. Hotel staff welcoming, good receptoin area and bar. Dining room good. Breakfast good, but could have more fruit options. Good value for money. Would stay again.

"Budget room worth the price,had everything I needed and location is great.Check in and check out very smooth and bar staff friendly. The only downside was that wifi is not free 🆓 n the room,however you can use in communal areas.Would recommend"

Concert winner for location
"Had an executive room (1102) with good view across to Etihad and new coop-live. Spacious room but three things that definitely need improvement (1) TV on the wall can't be watched from the bed, poor lighting making it look dark and uninviting and due to the lighting awful to try and put your make-up ..."
