Stains on sheets, couch, bathroom, closet, and fridge. Floor had trash from last guest.
Our door to the room didn’t actually electronically lock. Had to physically deadbolt it.

Nice clean place in a not nice area...nothing convenient in area of hotel. I expected tge "micro" idea, Just sad this one in this area is associated with a Wyndham. Maybe six rooms used, mostly road crews; even the "Day's Inn" next door was empty.

Room wasn’t clean and the breakfast was the most minimal offerings I’ve ever seen. Front desk was great and the entire hotel was being cleaned by one gal. Nowhere to walk to to eat.

Old filthy recliner and loveseat in the room looked like they were 30 years old. I wouldn’t even sleep in the bed sheets. I cut my stay short because it felt unsafe and filthy.

The room appeared clean and fresh. Clean crisp linens on the beds. I found the beds to be comfortable. Tub, sink and toilet were also clean. Second day there I was joined by a medium sized black bug in the bathroom. Don’t want to say the “ C” word as I am not sure what it was exactly. My son had a room upstairs and unfortunately encountered the same issue. On the other hand, every staff member we encountered was very courteous and accommodating.

Debbie the front desk manager was extremely helpful. Our rooms were not cleaned when we arrived early and she cleaned the rooms herself, so that we could get checked in. She was very apologetic about the rooms not being ready and appreciated her service. Good service is hard to come by these days and Debbie met the mark.

This was a third trip my husband and I have booked yours by far has been the best. I will now continue to look for your Microtel where ever we may be staying. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My sister and her husband recommended this place and it was terrific! 5 stars!

We found a man urinating in the bushes in the parking lot two of our four nights stay. We returned to our room after leaving one morning to find our used toothpaste tubes missing. We presumed they were thrown away while someone cleaned. One manager worked around the clock every day to maintain the facility. He tried…We may try the Comfort Inn next door on our next visit.

Was given a room where shower curtain was dirty and too short. as a result water was all over the floor. Fridge did not work. Floor was sticky. Not typical Wyndam property. not worth even $50 per night.

I was given a room with burn marks and holes in the bedding and sheets. Bathroom had someone else hair all over the shower walls. The back of the door was covered in hair as well. My Husband put his shoes on and his socks were covered In hair. We got no clean towels. We were also overcharged an extra hundred dollars. With out telling us they charged us an extra night. Spoke to the manager about all the issues and he hung up the phone on me. Terrible service and criminal charges with adding charges to my Debit Card with out even asking me!
