The price it was a great place to stay. Very conveniently located to my family i was visiting. The staff was awesome especially Wesley who went above abs beyond during my stay!

When I arrived, I could not check in as their system was down. Finally, they said they would charge my card later. As I was waiting, a mouse ran across the counter and just played there. Disgusting. Then, an employee let me in a room. I could not get a key. I went in the room. I realized that they placed me in a room that was not cleaned. There was trash in the room. The bed was not made (used). Finally, the bathroom was dirty. I went downstairs, and they switched me to another room. They told me the TV in my previous room did not work any way. The new room was better. Except...there was urine in the toilet. I asked anout a key, and I still could not get one. About an hour later, they called my room and asked me to come down and pay cash for the room. I did, but I still could not get a key. I never got a key to the room. I felt unsafe. I could not leave the room unless I left the door open or management let me back in. The entire experience was awful, but I maintained my composure. I will NEVER stay their again. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Lobby smelled like weed as did the rest of the hotel. Room was deplorable.....look like a rodent either tried to get in / out of the room on the outside wall. Aluminum tape covering up holes in the walls. Non smoking room had burn marks on many horizontal surfaces, carpets were in dire need of replacement and shower fixture was broken in multiple ways. Windows broken on other units and screens with holes in them. Recommend strongly this hotel is removed as an option with your service.
