The air condioner didn't work. Had to change rooms. The TV isn't working. It has one station. Won't change stations. The commode is leaking and is running constantly. Can hardly wait for breakfast. Desk clerk is trying to fix everything. It's not her fault.

This hotel is a good option if the price is right. It’s by no means a luxurious stay but it is comfortable and convenient to the highway and several food options. The location is behind a mechanic shop. My only issue was the towels were stained and the duvet was dirty.

Staffing is horrible. They also took my deposit for a makeup stain. An said i had yo pay for them to wash it out never have i ever ben charged for sheets that had to get washed regardless....

Room size was great, but the rug was dirty. The room smelled horrible. I couldn’t breathe. The mattress was terrible, we barely rested. Its a shame because the space had potential. The elevator stopped working twice, so we decided to use the stairs. The hotel was dirty overall, so we decided to not even go to breakfast since we didn’t trust the hotel at all. You guys have potential, you are in need of a manager that cares for cleanliness. Oh I forgot to mention that the sheets were so wrinkled that I thought they weren’t washed and dried, but we smelled them and they smelled clean. You should not rate the hotel with 2 stars. Thisis a one star hotel. Oh I had to get product myself and clean the toilet as it was so dirty. The worst experience ever.

When I checked in there were no towels or toilet paper. Called front desk 5 times 2 hours later they finally brought so up. People slamming doors all through the night. When I checked out, they charged me 10 dollayfot a small hand towel I used to wipe the tables because there were food or coffee spills left on the table. I would never stay at this place again. Guy at the front deak was very rude.

The price was a good deal for 2 day's. I think the woman at night learned a little more english. If it wasnt for me speaking spanish the question would of took longer to answer me. The door to the room had a gap in it and you had to lift it by the handle to lock it. The bed has a metal frame and makes noise when you move around.

After my son and I had been in our room for about and hour or so, my son saw a ROACH crawling from behind our TV. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, killed it and it wasn’t 5 mins later there was another one close to the bathroom.

Condition and service of the overnight hotel stay
There was confusion in the beginning about additional costs for smoking or damage to the room. The hotel wanted a deposit that was not reported in the hotels.com webpage. I ended up going across the street to another hotel under same ownership as previously mentioned. There was a language barrier between the from desk clerk and myself about the cost. I escalated to hotels.com chat service to follow with owner that I am billed only once for the room I stayed in. The floors in the bathroom and stay area were dirty. The smoke alarm was partially disassembled where one piece was under the night stand. I took pictures to cover myself. The bed linens were not clean with some unknown set in stains. The breakfast was not that great. The juice maker was broken. I ended up having only coffee and yogurt. I made sure as I left my card at the front desk that the room was in order. I don't recommend this hotel.

There were bed bugs, I took pictures. There was also food in my fridge when I arrived. There was also white crusty stuff on the comforter, switched rooms bc of the bed bugs and there was white crusty stuff on the other comforter as well. I’ve never been in a more disgusting hotel. I’ve also never written a poor review for any place before in my life, which goes to show how horrible my experience was.

I cannot personally review the property because I never made it to the property. When I called Amazon prime there was $100 deposit that was not listed on the website, which is used to refine I cannot personally review the property because I never made it to the property. When I called Amazon prime there was $100 deposit that was not listed on the website, which I canceled no more than an hour after I made the reservation because I could not afford additional charges. Neither Hotels.com nor the property are assisting me in a refund of my money even though the deposit was NOT LISTED on the booking. It was hard enough having to get a hotel the night before Thanksgiving because I didn't want to sleep in the cold, but for them to refuse to refund me for a booking that was no more than 1.5 hrs old when I had no money to go anywhere else due to hard times is disgusting and unfair business practice.
