Room renovations are wonderful. Spaciously clean room! Small hole was in bed cover. Shower floor didn’t look clean. Overall it’s cost effective & decently high quality! Mind your business and other people mind theirs.

The staff was amazing and granted all of my requests, even going to the restaurant next door for ketchup which was very much appreciated. The room was clean and spacious. Everything in the room seemed fairly new and well kept. There was a liquor store outside with people congregating so I didn’t leave the hotel at night but overall, I had a great stay and would return in the future.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the hotel’s rating is low because, during my trip to Tallahassee for graduation, there was no iron or ironing board available. It was frustrating since I paid nearly four times the current room rate. Hearing, “Unfortunately, all ironing boards are signed out,” was disappointing.

"The desk made a mistake an assigned me a room that was already assigned to another party. Then, in the new room was missing the showèr's curtain. They told me that they were going to replace it on the next day, but "surprise" they did not."
