8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
This place isn’t really a 4-star hotel. It looks like the rooms you get through Expedia are the old, smelly ones on the second floor. We booked two rooms, and one of them reeked of sewage—almost unbearable. No one even offered to move us to a different room.
The pillows were awful, and the TV remotes in both rooms didn’t work.
On the bright side, the breakfast was excellent.

"The staff were brilliant, specially Daniela! First room smelling but we moved to other room. The other room was good. The breakfast wasn’t very impressive, the basic food. It is around 20-30 minutes far from train station!"
