Wie hatten eine wunderbare AusZeit in Grömitz - dank des liebevoll, modern und mit allen wichtigen Dingen eingerichteten Apartments und der tollen Lage zu Strand und Dünenpark. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, bzw. der beauftragten Firma Baltic Cleaning Service top! Die Wohnung sieht sehr gepflegt aus und ist dank eines Fahrstuhls barrierefrei. Klasse! Das i-Tüpfelchen war für mich der eigens zur Wohnung gehörige Strandkorb direkt am Wasser. Was will man mehr!? Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!

#### Durchdachte Wohnung in Strandnähe, Höhe Dünenpark

Wir haben eine knappe Woche mit zwei Kindern (8 + 4J) in dieser gut renovierten Wohnung verbracht. Die Zimmer sind clever geschnitten und eingerichtet, so dass man hier auch mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern problemlos wohnen kann. Dank Wasch-Trockner braucht man nicht so viele Klamotten transportieren, toll. Die Lage ist hervorragend, insb. wenn man den neu entwickelten Bereich der Strandpromenade (Dünenpark) kennenlernen möchte. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Sogar ein Strandkorb gehört zur Wohnung, was will man mehr? Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wenn wir noch länger geblieben wären, hätte ich gerne einen zweiten Haus/Wohnungsschlüssel gehabt, um noch flexibler zu sein.

#### Had a good time!

We spent a week in the flat with a family of 4, incl, zwei smaller children. They enjoyed the bed and cosy atmosphere of the flat. The location was great, especially since the developments down at the beach begin to take shape (and now include a bakery and other localities). The Strandkorb that comes with the flat is in the second row of the beach and within a 5-minute walking distance. All very convenient. The flat is well equipped - we did not lack anything. The facility manager lives in the same building and is very helpful and available. Reserved Parking spot was outside the house. All in all, we had a good time!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung in guter Lage zum Strand (<5min zu Fuß). Check in und out waren einfach, schnell und unkompliziert.

#### Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in Grömitz mit viel Sonnenschein ☀️. Die Ferienwohnung war super schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

#### Sehr liebevoll ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in super Lage

Wir waren erfreut, eine schöne, saubere und strandnahe Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber fein und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man kann sich dort sehr wohl fühlen.

#### Geschmackvoll und kindgerecht

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dabei trotzdem kindgerecht. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles nötige ist in guter Qualität vorhanden. Bei Problemen war der Vermieter sofort ansprechbar.
