"Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Zustand vor Ort. Leider befinden sich die Apartments im 1.OG direkt unter dem mit diversen Wasserschäden versehenen Dach. Die Fenster können kaum geöffnet werden, die Luft ist nicht zumutbar. Außerdem waren die Handtücher und die „Küche“ dreckig. Wir mussten leider vorzeitig unseren Urlaub abbrechen, da wir keine Nacht länger in dem Apartment bleiben konnten/wollten."

Der Balkon ist unsicher, brüchig mit offener Elektrik. Mit den Treppen, dem engen Fahrstuhl, den Zimmern, dem Service ist es NICHT familienfreundlich. Die Luft im gesamten Hotel ist stickig und muffig, obwohl es nicht heiß war (verregnet). Es gab Mängel wie z.B. ein kaputtes Waschbecken (Wasser lief nicht ab), die wir gemeldet...

"A good location with easy access to the beach. The apartment was a good size with a nice kitchen setup. The pool is amazing! There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and the location was good."

Wie haben über Expedia gebucht, an das Hotel wurden knapp 200 € weniger übermittelt und somit in der Rechnung auch ausgewiesen. D.h. Expetia verlangt von seinen Partnern Provision für die Vermittlung und zahlt nichtmal die vereinnahmten gelder an die Hotels aus. Damit werden offensichtlich nicht nur kunden sondern auch Hotels hintergangen. Da ich sowas noch nie erlebt habe, ist dies meine letzte Expedia Buchung. "

"Great hotel with a great location. Near the ocean and only 25 min. away from Lübeck Altstadt. The perfect combination of a city holiday with relaxation. The spa was sadly closed due to environmental concerns. The pool was a bit too cold to relax in, it was more of an exercise pool. Two saunas, one with and one without bathing suits on. Great restaurant onsite with delicious breakfast (€19 per person), lunch and dinner."
