The apartment is located on Grazel beach (direct access to the beach - no road to cross) and includes private, secure parking (closed). It offers a direct view of the beach where from the apartment you can watch children bathe (there is also a security station). Quiet, but less than 100 m from shops (caterer, hairdressers, restaurant, baker, pharmacy, doctors ... and even a supermarket: Intermarché), it is also less than 200 m from the marina where there are other restaurants, markets on Fridays and summer events. The terrace is closed by a veranda, allowing to eat, dine facing the sea ... even in winter.

Beach view

Property exactly as described, cosy one bedroom apartment with good views over beach. Henri was very accommodating and prompt replying to our messages. Apartment was quiet, friendly neighbours and secure car parking enables access direct to beach. Easy access to Carcassonne and Narbonne with great range of beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement coquet, d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien placé face à la plage et à proximité des commerces : on peut tout faire à pied Très bon accueil de la part de M Gimenez qui est de très bons conseils nous recommandons vivement cette location nous reviendrons l’an prochain !

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Aber Achtung, passt auf eure Fahrräder auf, uns wurde das ebike aus der Anlage geklaut.

Superbe situation

Idéalement situé en bordure d'une belle plage de sable au bord de l'étang salé de Grazel, ce petit appartement convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes. Proche des commerces et aménagé de façon fonctionnel, il nous a permis de passer 2 magnifiques semaines de vacances "les pieds dans l'eau". Seul petit bémol : l'appartement ne possède pas de box et le Wifi est celui de la station de Gruissan. Malheureusement l'antenne proche de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas. Si vous n'avez pas d'abonnement Internet/WiFi international, il est plus prudent d'en faire un pour la durée de votre séjour. Un grand merci à Henri qui est très sympathique et qui nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Michel & Claudine

Gruissan plage en juin 23

Grande plage en face à 20m, très accessible et calme résidence et parking sécurisés, pistes cyclables partout, ville et port très sympa, appart très propre et décoré, gérant très accueillant et pleins d'infos pour faciliter votre séjour.

excellent séjour

Très bien située, juste face à la place, proche du port. Au 1er étage on surplombe légèrement la promenade avec une très belle vue. En plein mois d'octobre : 25° dans l'appartement grâce à la véranda. Le fait d'avoir une chambre séparée, très calme est un vrai plus. Ensemble très fonctionnel.

Superbe séjour très agréable et reposant

Appartement cosy conforme à la description. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le plus : loggia avec vue sur la mer et l'île des oiseaux (goélands). Le plaisir tout simplement de prendre le petit déjeuner au calme. Vue sur la mer de la chambre… Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Vue face à la plage agréable et vue imprenable .. Gentillesse du propriétaire irréprochable. Par contre, du fait d'être en face de la plage, nuisances et vacarme toutes les nuits, difficile pour se reposer... Entretien et propreté limite..
