Great and super clean place

Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive.

The amenities, including the kitchenette, are practical and modern, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bistro Lulu is a true highlight! The food is delicious, creatively prepared, and bursting with flavor, with breakfast being an absolute treat – a wide variety and top-notch quality. The staff deserves the highest praise – incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. Apartamenty Sowa is the ideal choice for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and culinary delights in the heart of Bydgoszcz. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
