All good except it took a while to find the tv remote and then more time and help from the front desk to get it working. Also, had to wait for the wifi password (codigo) for a while, the person checking us in didn’t seem to know what it was. It should just be written somewhere in the room. Other than that, room was great!

Nice looking but not clean

Check in is at 3p and we waited in the lobby until then. When we entered the room we thought it was fine. We didn't really look at anything and we left for a meeting and then dinner. I noticed things after that. We had no water in the room so we had to go buy some. There was long hair all over the floor. And glitter was all over the rug and the sofa. Then I saw a used cotton swab next to the toilet, and it wasn't from us. Then I saw the front of the toilet with urine and hair on it. As I brushed my teeth, I felt water on my the top of my feet. I thought I was splashing. I was not. It was a water leak coming from inside the cabinet. I opened the cabinet door and there was dirty stinky water in the cabinet and black mold under it on the floor. While this was happening, my husband was outside with our dog. I pulled back the wrinkled bed covers and saw glitter and hair in the bed. Inside the sheets. A pillow case was yellowed and smelly from someone else's head. The person at the desk was gone when I went down. The next morning they were very nice and moved us to a new room. But it is very loud in the hotel all night long. Music. People banging on walls and things. We decided to leave a day early since we were not sleeping. They did not offer a refund for the 1st night in an uncleaned room. And we still had to pay a pet cleaning fee for the dirty room and for the night we didn't even stay.

Cuarto loft diminuto, con una televisión pequeñita. La coladera tapada, el sanitario sucio, se veía usado. Las sábanas mal tendidas y parecía que estaba durmiendo en una jaula con la cama tipo litera. Estuvimos muy incómodos. No lo recomiendo
