Excellent location, one block away you will have 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, banking area, main stores on Av 9 Oct, Malecón 2000, cafes, and other commercial stores.
Completely remodeled apartment with private entrance, located on the 5th floor, it does not have a view of the street. Very quiet space, eventhough its located dowtown, once inside you will instantly disconect from the outdoors.
It is divided in 2 spaces, each one with AC.
The bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 smartTV Netflix included, closet available, blackout curtains.
The living room has 1 sofa bed, board games, American-style kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, plates, glasses, cups and essentials, complimentary water is provided.
