"Very very clean, friendly staff. No frills, but everything you need, neat and in working order. Hard bed and pillows—but this is not uncommon in S Korea. Breakfast is Korean style, which might not appeal to some, but everything was fresh. Location is great—subway a short walk away, small restaurants right across the street, shopping around the corner. "This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. They even showed me how to use the washing machine that was all Korean language. They went out of their way. I only wish that this were on my regular route of travel so that I could stay there again and again and again."
