"A truly wonderful place. We stayed in a 2 bed villa which felt very private and was stunning. Tips - there are about 100 steps from top to bottom and the rooms don’t interconnect and are separate from each other but once you get your head round that it’s great. The pool is a good size and we loved the downstairs kitchen and sitting area by the pool. The main pool is vast with plenty of beds and we had dinner on the beach one night which was lovely. Nice cocktail bar by the pool at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
"Fantastic one week stay in Regent beach hotel! Was initially a bit sceptic about the conditions of the rooms as its not the 5 star hotel I am used to as the rooms are a bit outdated. However, absolutely loved the stay and could not have been bothered the least about the rooms being a bit outdated as everything else was spectacular! The pools are wonderful, the beach is very nice and well maintained, the breakfast is delicious and above everything else- the staff is beyond wonderful, sweet and helpful! The front desk staff are amazing, housekeeping ladies very sweet and meticulous and the poolbar/ restaurant staff amazing! Lee, tek, may, wee, tango, palin joy, guy and could go on! We spent most of the days around the pool and restaurant are hence these guys really made such an impact!
Without any doubt would chose this hotel again and recommend to anyone going to Koh Samui!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!"
"The staff were amazing, the resort itself was immaculate and I don't think you can find better on the island. Hands down, best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. You don't know what good service looks like until you stay a few days at this hotel. "
"The Fairhouse Resort exceeded our expectations. Our room right on the beach blew our mind and we thought great value for money compared to many other nearby properties. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.
The included breakfasts had great selection and the restaurant over looking the water was an ideal way to start the day.
The pool area and food and bar service were spot on.
Could not be more happier with our choice of hotel.

"After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about staying here, but honestly we we had a fabulous stay here. A large group of us stayed for 11 nights and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were given connecting rooms with direct access to the lower pool. The rooms were very large, the air con great and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
The room service was quick and easy, the food was tasty and the pool bar was lovely.
They are doing the hotel up in stages, but we couldn’t fault it. All the staff were amazing, really friendly and very helpful. We had a small issue with a leak in one of the bathrooms and called reception and people turned up within in minutes to fix it - this is just one example of how great the staff were.
Yes, as some reviews have said it’s on the older side, but we loved our time here. It’s away from the main hustle of the centre which was perfect for us as we could walk down the beach if we wanted to.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
