People camping on the medium strip between highways. Stranger in front of hotel door cornered me and talked for over 30 minutes when all I wanted to do is get in my room and chill.

Older but quite comfortable and sufficient hotel near the conference I attended. Room was clean and quiet except for very loud toilet plumbing. Exercise room was decent and clean. I didnt do much else there except sleep and work out! Attached Italian restaurant was okay for breakfast--nothing healthy or plant based on the menu and generally overpriced, but I don't rate that with the hotel. Very safe area to walk across from a nice park. For the price, this is an excellent value especially for a business traveler.
