We sincerely apologize for the smoke , we informed the previous guests which violated our policy because it’s a no smoking house, and we already scheduled a company to disinfect it , hopefully we don’t run into that issue in the future , also we wish people respect other’s property and treat it as such “ no smoking or partying “ again thanks for being patient with us and we’d host you again Jarell

Thanks Ellen for the critics , but I find it odds that on your 5th day that’s when you wanted to say about the house was dirty and all , trash bags were in the cabinets and coffee filter was in the pantry , each bathroom has 2 toilet rolls (6 total) , as far as salt and pepper we don’t provide, despite all that I couldn’t have reported the holes found in the bedroom downstairs but I wanted to be fair for your complaints one day before check out , please whether it may not be my place but communicate with the host when you first check in not a day before you leave so that way all of the hosts can fix any issue to make your stay much better , again thank you and We’ll always double check and take photos before any guest check in .
