Highly recommend this property
We recently stayed here to celebrate my son’s graduation from High school with my father flying in from NY. This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation together. The hosts Kathy and Doug are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The property was immaculate, private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped for making family meals, the game room had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The hosts provided information at the property on where to go for food and entertainment however, the place is so wonderful that we spent most of the time enjoying time together at the property using the game room and pool area together. I highly recommend this rental for all your vacation needs. This property has everything you want and need for a perfect vacation with your family. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Location
We loved our stay in Haines City. The location was perfect! We were a 5 minute drive to our elderly parents and had a wonderful time together. The space was beautiful, clean and the perfect spot to relax and entertain. We will be back!

Great getaway in beautiful VRBO home
Doug and Kathy have a nice gem here. The house was immaculate and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing in. Gated community that was very easy to get in and out of. We will definitely check into this one if we go back to this area of Florida.

Great place to stay near Orlando
The property was just as described in the listing, and if we are in the Orlando area again, this is where we would stay. Everything was clean and working order. It was super nice! Communication with our host was top notch. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful Home
The house was in a gated community. We love walking and felt very safe while walking. The people of the neighborhood were very friendly, and our grandson loved the game room and pool! Hosts were super nice and helpful.

2023 Florida vacation
Could not have been more happy with the property during our five night stay. The size and number of bedrooms was perfect for the five adults and two children. The property was clean and well kept. Property manager were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Home is clean and notes are around the house to explain features. This is a toddler friendly house. We appreciated the closeness to Legoland. We hope to stay here on our next trip!

Very Nice
The property was just what wanted and was in a very nice area. We hope to stay in this house again sometime. We added the pool and spa heat to our stay. We spent the evenings in the pool and it was well worth adding the heat option. The house was bigger than we needed but was very nice.

Great location
We stayed here between December 15-21. The home come equipped with everything you need for your stay. The pool/spa was amazing as well as the game room. It has activities for all ages. We went to Disney during our stay and your looking at around 30-45 minutes from the parks with traffic. Doug was easily reached if you needed anything. Great stay overall

Good overall experience
House was as described. We were in Haines city for my husband to run the half IronMan event and the location was excellent for that. The house was overall clean but some of the towels could definitely use replacing and the game room floor seemed a bit like it needs to be cleaned. We didn’t really use it so it was ok. Doug and Kathy were quick to respond to any questions.

The house was perfect for us! It was great having a pool with a ‘fence’ for the little ones. Went to use the grill and the propane was empty. Had to go get a tank then later found a full tank in the in the game room of all places! It was hidden in a corner of the room. Overall it was a positive experience and we would rent it again!!

Perfect setting for our family Thanksgiving!
The rental property was just as advertised. Our family had a great time lounging around the pool and enjoying the game room (more pool!). Awesome amenities and location. You can tell a lot of thought was put into providing this house as a rental. We would recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Hope to Stay Again
Everything was so clean, so easy, and exactly as described. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and the spa, and having two king rooms was a huge plus. Great location close to the airport and convenient to everything else we could have possibly wanted. Loved that it was toddler friendly as well. The owners were very communicative and easy to book with. We will absolutely look to stay here first the next time we're back in the area.

Great house in a good location!

A very nice well equipped home
We stayed for 3 weeks, and was very pleased with how comfortable this house was. Very well equipped for adults and children alike. The owner got back to you very quickly when you emailed them. We loved the safe community with sidewalks for walks around the neighbourhood.

All four of us enjoyed the month, each day by day, just great.
The complete stay and the place was tops in our book. Doug, Terry and all that we have been in touch with were just fine and the best ever. Weather has been great, Spa was greatest along with the exercise room down the street that we enjoyed very much. Hope to come back.

Great Getaway!
We had an amazing experience here! It was a perfect getaway. The house was clean. The pool was perfect for the kids. The gate around the pool was just what we were looking for with our 1 year old. Great house for a large family
My family and my brothers family both stayed in Doug and Kathy’s house. First impressions were it was clean and had lots of space for all of us to spread out. There were 7 of us total and we never felt cramped. We were all able to enjoy the pool and game room as well as sit down for our meals together in the dining room. We even enjoyed lunch out on the patio one day! We spent 4 days in the Disney parks and even with the traffic we arrived to the parks in 20-30 minutes. On our down days we enjoyed the great pool and the pool toys that are available. We will definitely consider Doug and Kathy’s house if we do another big family vacation here in Florida.

Lovely stay
We had a wonderful stay for a family get together the first weekend in June. We were grateful for the pool and the available pool floats. The kitchen was well equipped with many appliances. We did not use the game room but it was well equipped also. Our only minor complaint would be we had 8 adults and seating in the living room was a little tight.

Beautiful property!!
My family and another family stayed in the home for a week and we absolutely loved it. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and very spacious. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. The security gate around the pool is a nice touch because we had a 1 year old on board and we were all able to have a peace of mind that he was safe by the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I definitely would recommend this home.

We have been in Florida for the first time. The house and the surrounding was awesome. We had everything we needed. Our kids loved the pool. Haines City is closed to Disney and it only took about one our to go to Tampa and Cape Canaveral. We will come back!
