"I am incredibly grateful for everything; the house has absolutely everything needed for a wonderful stay. It comes equipped with a complete set of kitchen essentials and then some which worked out much better for everyone. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal; we absolutely loved them. The bedrooms and the rest of the house were perfect and impeccably clean. The owner even had the house cleaned and prepared for us the night before, allowing us to check in early given that we had driven a very long distance a gesture that not just anyone would make. Our experience was a total success and best of all we were able to see family members we hadn't seen in ages, which made the trip even more special. My kids love it, my husband love it, my family love it, and I love it as well. We are come back soon, but I fell so in love with the place that we will definitely be staying here again. "Room was a bit run down, dated furniture, clock and phone were not working or missing parts…. Bed quilt very stained, room smell was not pleasant…. "

"Enjoyed pool , got cloudy but manager responded quickly and cleared it . Very roomy in house , does need furniture upgrades in living room and new clean cushions on pool furniture. Kitchen faucet continually leaks and dishwasher needs work. Had to repair bikes before we were able to use them , new tire and an air pump took care of it . Neighbors garbage was overflowing when we got there and still when we left not a nice sight to be greeted by. Thank you for sharing with us . Great location with Walmart and dollar store within walking distance ."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts and property manager were welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, which made the whole experience stress free. The location was perfect. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything we wanted to do. We spent two days at Peppa Pig Theme Park and LEGOLAND, and the drive was only about 30 minutes, which made it super convenient with kids. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a few minor issues but were not terribly inconvenienced. We were, however, very disappointed not to have access to a gas grill as we always cook out often during our stays. It was not listed in the amenities, which was our mistake for not noticing, but we have never NOT had a grill during any of our stays at Southern Dunes. Except for that, we’d happily go back! "

"Very nice home, master bath is AMAZING. We had 4 adult coaches stay in the home for a local tournament. About 15-20 minute to Adventhealth Fieldhouse for tourney. Wish we had more free time at the house to actually enjoy all the amenities. Walmart right outside the community, inside the home is a pool, pool table, large soaking tub, and a golf course on site. Host was even nice enough to leave out some snacks which was able to cure one of my coaches depression after his team let him down. Absolutely recommend this home. "
