"The property was large and very clean, the pool and waterpark was very entertaining for all of us. Our house was amazing, good distance from waterpark (5-10 walk depending on the pace). The breakfast was decent, could use some variety throughout the week. All of us really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

The staff were polite but slow to respond to requests, and basic amenities like fresh towels and laundry service took multiple reminders. It didn’t feel very family-friendly either, as the surrounding area was noisy late into the night and the common spaces weren’t well-maintained. Overall, not worth the price — better options nearby offer cleaner rooms and more attentive service."

"Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back."
