As always great experience with this awesome Walt Disney Resort. Walkable distance to Epcot or convenient accessibility via the taxi bus to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Only drawback: on the extended hours day for deluxe resorts, Magic Kingdom does not run his regular monorail trains, but their resorts monorail in order to get to the transportation ticket center where you must board the Swan and Dolphin bus. Their last bus is 45 mn after the park closes which makes it impossible to arrive on time since this hotel bus stop is NOT where the other Walt Disney buses are. We were about 15 people who missed the bus that night, and we had to call a Uber to go back to the hotel.

The Swan is a beautiful, comfortable, and convenient hotel. Transportation to all of the parks is easy, you can even walk to Epcot.

When I tell you they delivered on EVERYTHING ! I am very type A and have many demands ( I’m not proud but that is who I am) they were able to accommodate all of my asks with no question or hesitation and it was perfect! The beds were big and comfortable, we heard no noise in the halls or other rooms and everything was so clean! The resort fee is standard and reasonable and the shuttles are frequent and air conditioned! Pool amenities were top notch as well! Thank you for a nice couple of days!

We stayed here for 7 days. This place has a great location and safe environment. The shuttle rides to and from the park we're a nice perk. That's about all it offers. Food is over priced and lacks flavor. Despite staff asking how you'd like your eggs, meats cooked; everything always comes out well done borderline burned. I'd suggest taking the shuttle to epcot and trying one of their many restaurants before dining at the hotel. We had to call down to the office twice to get our rooms checked over. (they skipped over our room during normal turnovers) As of the time of this review; Don't plan on sleeping in because they're currently doing construction and start promptly at 8am. Check in is a 4pm and they mean 4pm. The lobby is always filled with families sitting with their luggage.

The property is showing its age especially in the room we stayed in. The duvet cover was pilled, the conditioner dispenser kept falling off the wall, the carpeting needed a thorough cleaning, and the shower faucet was more than outdated. The hotel lobby and surrounding areas were lovely and very well kept. The staff was also attentive and friendly.

We got a toilet that was broken. I reported it and they came and fix it but the issue remained throughout the 7 days we were there. Cleaning was not the best. They made beds and took trash out. I had to ask for a clean bathroom. This was disappointed but other than that it was good.

Stayed 3 nights and room wasn’t cleaned once and had to request bins emptied and more towels. Resort fee seems excessive at 45$ a night given didn’t use any of the amenities. Only reason booked here was location to HS and Epcot for early entry. TBH cleaner and better hotels elsewhere at a fraction of price
