"I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control...

"제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음"

"It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9am :(. We paid more than average in the area, thinking maybe we can get a nice hotel but it was not worth for what we paid for. The bathroom has a bad smell. "The villas were absolutely stunning. So spacious, clean and beautiful. There was a beautiful freestanding bath tub, as well as shower and his and hers sinks in the bathroom. The balcony has a jacuzzi, however it was not kept hot, but still nice. The hotel grounds were very nicely kept, with 2 big pools and lovely gardens also. There was also a private beach with loungers. The spa was delightful, I had a wonderful massage with An."
