Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat unsere kurzfristigen Änderungswünsche berücksichtigt. Das bekommen häufig 5-Sterne Länden nicht hin. Ich fand auch die Inneneinrichtung genial. Insgesamt alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit

Hanseatischer Shabby Chic

Das Hotel wurde 1904 gebaut und die Inneneinrichtung scheint noch original aus dem Kaiserreich zu entstammen. Alles etwas abgestoßen, aber mit wunderbar authentischen Charme. Das Haus ist somit das Gegenteil zu einem synthetischen Kettenhotel und bezauberte mich mit seinem authentischen Charme. Schön, dass es so etwas noch gibt.

Hyggeligt familie hotel i Hamborg

Gammelt hyggeligt hotel. Lydt men charmerende og som altid meget rent i Tyskland. Kan generelt godt lide atmosfæren i denne slags hoteller. De har sjæl. Morgenmad kunne de godt gøre noget bedre men det skal siges at hotel var næsten tomt sandsynligvis pga Corona

Müsste renoviert werden

Bei diesem Aufenthalt haben wir eigentlich bekommen, was wir für den Preis in Hamburg erwartet hatten. Ein sauber geputztes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett in einem Hotel, das allerdings dringend renoviert werden müsste. Das Bad war in keinem allzu guten Zustand, es fehlten Fliesen und es war scheinbar Luft in den Leitungen, sodass es aus dem Wasserhahn schwallartig spritzte und die Dusche sich mit einem lauten Knall in Gang setzte, der den Duschkopf aufplatzen ließ. Im Treppenhaus sah es an einigen Stellen ebenfalls sehr provisorisch aus ... Direkt neben dem Hotel war eine große Baustelle, die am Wochenende aber nicht gestört hat. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

In der guten alten Zeit hängen geblieben

Der Lift stammt aus dem Jahr 1966 - der Rest des Hotels wohl auch und viel gemacht wurde seither anscheinend nicht. Mein Zimmer war winzig und eingerichtet wie die Wohnung meiner Grosseltern - wahrscheinlich ideal für Nostalgie-Reisende, aber alle anderen würden sich wohl freuen, wenn hier ein Bisschen in Modernisierung investiert würde. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend... auch hier mit dem Charme der "guten alten Zeit".

Dårlig senge i et lille værelse. Fint badeværelse. Stærkt begrænset udvalg i baren. Fin placering i centrum og udmærket parkeringsfacilitet.

Gerne wieder

Großes Zimmer, netter Empfang. Auch wenn etwas altmodisch, macht das genau den Charme des Hotels aus. Lage ist super, direkt in Laufweite vom Bahnhof Altona.

美輪美奐的古典飯店，房間很大，早餐很豐盛。

古典風格的飯店，附近是安靜的住宅區，飯店有自己的停車位但是只有兩個，所以要碰運氣。附近是可以免費停路邊，但要遵守停車規則，所以保險起見還是跟飯店停他們車位。

静かな落ち着いたホテル

朝早く着いたのですが、部屋にすぐ入れてくれました。フロントの人はみな親切でした。ドライヤーも貸してくれました。アルトナ駅から徒歩5分ですが、ちょっと不便な場所にあるのが残念です。その分とても静かでしたが。

Hvis alt du ønsker er en seng for natten så ok

Seng hård. Ingen minibar på værlset, hvilket gør at du skal huske at købe vand, hvis du ikke vil drikke af hanen. På positiv siden er at der var tandpasta, hvis man skulle have glemt det :-) Man kan godt se at hotellet trænger til lidt renovering. Det så lidt slidt ud. Vi prøvede ikke morgenmad, da vi ville spise ude og der er mange muligheder. Der er mange gode restauranter i nærheden. Vi spurgte personalet som ikke lige kunne svare, men søgte så de kunne komme med et foreslag dagen efter. De guidede os til en kedelig bager ved havnen, hvor der faktisk er meget dødt. På sidste dagen fandt vi selv ud af at der faktisk er et udmærket gågade miljø i nærheden, med butikker og flere restauranter, men vores oplevelse er, at hotellet faktisk ikke ved, hvad der er i lokal området. De var meget flinke, men det er ikke et hotel vi vil anbefale. Vi havde dog nogle gode dage i Hamborg :-)

Ho scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza rispetto al posto da raggiungere. Albergo economico, senza grandi pretese. La porta che separa l'anticamera dalla camera è una ricercatezza d'altri tempi. Tutta la struttura è vecchio stile. Per chi non vuole spendere troppo ed avere comunque un servizio adeguato.
