This is an older property. Exterior wood trim needed some paint touch up. Room interiors were in excellent shape. Sink fixtures were a little old and discolored but were very clean. The hotel room was clean - but the side door leading into the property was broken so anyone could enter without a key. Also - I would not want to stay there in the dead of winter because the bedding was the thinnest sheet and quilt. I see that they updated the rooms which is good.
