“Its with heavy heart, at times you leave reviews that are harsh , but you hope balanced.
The hotel is very pretty and in a nice settings. Checking in very fast and efficient with good service.
The room was very nice and bathroom clean.
We used the bar, which was okay.
The only issue was the bed and the pillows . This is a matter of choice, however very uncomfortable.
The price I had was very good that made the issue less of an issue.”

“The hotel staff at the reception were very helpful and so welcoming. However there was one member of staff in the laundry room who came across like she couldn’t be bothered helping when I asked her for a clean towel for the swimming pool area because the one she pointed me towards smelt really damp so I wanted a clean one and she just ignored me so I helped myself.
The hotel- the cleanliness was not great. The room was quite outdated and the bed sheets had this damp smell. My daughters had a……
