我第一次去杭州，他們在機場附近，無論服務和環境整潔也做到非常好，前台人員的服務也不錯，不過就是我帶了一個朋友去酒店，前台的一個女孩子，突然大大聲，這個女孩子要到他們那邊登記，其實這不是問題，只是那種態度好像不太友善，除了這個之外，其他都不錯

Brand new hotel conveniently located (~ 10 min drive) from Hangzhou Airport. Superior service and friendly staff. Free bus shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast buffet selection is mostly Chinese but very delicious AND at a very seasonable cost ~ $9 AUD. Oh, if hotel food is not your thing, there are about 20 restaurants behind the hotel! This is probably the best accommodation for anyone that's got an overnight layover!
