"The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental."

"I stayed in town to care for an ill friend in hospital. I thought I was staying on the lower level of the house. It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up.
